Tell our team what you need before making travel plans. Specialist arrangements, payment methods, account eligibility and vehicle availability require direct confirmation.
A parcel enquiry needs a collection address, recipient contact and clear information about the item’s dimensions and handling needs. Ask whether the proposed delivery can be accommodated. Confirm the collection window, handover instructions and pricing directly rather than using a passenger transfer request as a delivery confirmation.
These enquiry topics do not guarantee specialist equipment, scheme approval or a particular payment method. Ask the team to confirm what can be provided for your trip. Do not rely on a standard online estimate for waiting time, multiple stops or special arrangements.
Once you have discussed your journey, retain the agreed pickup instructions and booking reference. Contact the team if your requirements change. The standard online form creates a transfer request and does not collect a card payment.
Have your full addresses, travel time and passenger count ready. For changes or special requirements, contact the team before travelling.
